RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days.

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

  • Returns must be sent with tracking and insurance.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

  • For framed items, please also see the Framing section.

  • Please note: mystery boxes are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

International Returns:
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you are responsible for any taxes or customs charges incurred, as well as the return postage.

FAULTY & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, contact us within 12 hours:

If the fault is ours, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued, and we will cover all shipping costs.

If the damage occurred during shipping, you are responsible for making a claim with the carrier. All items are insured for the purchase amount.

FRAMING

When framing personal items, Signed Football Shirts takes responsibility once your item is received.
 

  • Email info@htcmemorabilia.com with a tracking number when sending your parcel, or contact us for drop-off details.

  • A tracking number will be provided when your framed item is shipped back to you.

  • Items purchased from Signed Football Shirts and framed to a personal specification may be subject to a restocking fee if returned.

SHIRTS & AUTOGRAPHS

  • All questions relating to shirts and autographs can be answered on our FAQs page.

  • An official shirt is not provided unless stated as such in the listing.

  • All autographs offered are 100% authentic.

  • Signed Football Shirts offers a lifetime guarantee with every item sold.

  • Every item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

ILLUMINAPP

All Illuminapp frames include a 12-month warranty and are CE Tested.

SHIPPING

  • We ship all items within 48 working hours, unless the item requires framing. If framing is required, an additional 1 week is added to the 48-hour dispatch time to allow for framing.

  • At checkout, customers may choose to ship via Royal Mail or Evri. We will ship according to the option selected.

  • All items are sent tracked, and the tracking number will always be supplied via email.

  • All items are insured for the purchase amount.
