Replacement Certificate Of Authenticity

If you have misplaced or lost the original Certificate of Authenticity supplied with an item purchased directly from HTC Memorabilia Ltd, we can arrange for a replacement certificate to be issued.  

To protect the authenticity and integrity of our products, the item must be returned to us for inspection. Once received, our team will carry out the necessary authenticity checks to confirm that the item is an original HTC Memorabilia Ltd product. Once these checks have been successfully completed, a replacement Certificate of Authenticity will be issued.  

The replacement certificate fee includes the return postage of the item to you, up to a maximum postage cost of £20.  

Please note: The return and authentication process is mandatory and non-negotiable. This procedure is in place to ensure the continued integrity of our memorabilia and to ensure that Certificates of Authenticity are only issued for genuine HTC Memorabilia Ltd products.

For large, framed or oversized items where the return postage is expected to exceed £20, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to provide a postage quotation based on the size and weight of the item.

To begin the process, you will need to provide proof of your original purchase from HTC Memorabilia Ltd, along with a clear photograph of the holographic certification located on the item itself. This information can be emailed to info@htcmemorabilia.com.
